There is nothing wrong with easy

"The Middle of the Pack" continues...

Typically, the ‘easy stuff’ doesn’t show up in stated goals for an implementation, but overlooking easy wins can end up creating emergencies later. When problems arise, the first things critics will point toward are the easy stuff you failed to do, and they’re right. Just because something doesn’t create savings, or automatically increase efficiency, should not reduce its importance to a successful Coupa Software deployment. So, I must ask, “When was the last time you reviewed the settings on your Company Information screen?” Navigate to this menu and review every checkbox, for example:

Has stopping users from overriding payments terms on requisitions, stopped suppliers from invoicing differently?

Do invoice approvers enjoy the extra clicks needed to get back to Activity from the homepage after every approval?

Has leaving the default date range on Coupa tables blank, created better reporting?

All of these settings can be changed with a single mouse-click. Take thirty minutes and review them. You’ll be surprised by how these small tweaks will improve the end user, support and administrative experience of Coupa at your organisation.
